 TRX The TRX is a suspension tool that enables you to perform a vast variety of versatile exercises with just a single piece of equipment.  This clinic will focus on several exercises that build core awareness through appropriate TRX positioning

 Boo-tiful Bones Reverse the frightening effects of bone loss. The best exercises for building and maintaining strong bones are weight-bearing and muscle-strengthening activities.
