Masters Swim – 18 years and up. Whiteboard swim workouts are great for swimmers and triathletes ages 18 and older wishing to gain speed, develop better technique and achieve specific goals (no competitive swimming experience necessary). Come to improve in competition or just for the camaraderie and meet others with similar swim interests and goals!
Whiteboard workouts are posted on the east side of the pool next to the 2 swim lanes reserved for those participating in the workouts during the following times:
Mondays: 6:00pm – 7:00pm
Wednesdays: 6:00am – 7:15am
