The STRONG program is designed to help kids ages 10-15 years old learn how to move better, reduce risk of injuries, and improve in all areas of speed and strength. The 10-week program is led by our very best trainers and coaches! Program meets twice a week on Tuesdays/Thursdays OR Wednesdays/Fridays.
