Aquatics Group Fitness

Our aquatic group fitness classes offer the perfect combination of energy, variety, and community. With 6 unique formats and 18+ classes each week, you’ll find options that fit your schedule and your goals; whether you’re looking to build strength, improve endurance, or simply enjoy a fun, low-impact workout in the water.
Classes are held in both our warm water pool, ideal for gentle movement and rehabilitation, and our fitness pool, designed for higher-intensity training and cardio conditioning. Led by experienced instructors, each session blends the benefits of water resistance with motivating group exercise, creating a safe and supportive environment for all fitness levels.
