Why did you get involved in fitness?
I was always an athlete (softball & frisbee) so when I graduated college, I got
into the gym scene and fell in love with fitness.
What is your favorite thing about personal training?
Giving others the confidence to do things they never dreamt they could do!
Seeing them unleash their inner beast! That is what fills me up.
What is your favorite thing about the RMH Wellness Center?
The amazing, kind, strong people that fill it day in and out, from our members to
our staff and the sauna!

Christina Morrow

Why did you get involved in fitness?
Inspired to help people get excited about moving their bodies, after the sudden
death of my mother who passed at age 59 from diabetic ketoacidosis and had
lived her life with food addictions and no inspiration to be well.
What is your favorite thing about personal training?
Seeing clients attain their wellness goals and watching their reactions when
they increase weight/reps… PRICELESS!
What is your favorite thing about the RMH Wellness Center?
The community. So many various age groups, cultural backgrounds,
experiences, etc. and it just feels like this beautiful, safe family. It feels like
home.

It is a warm and welcoming community. From the front desk, to the fitness floor
and studio, the pools and activity room; you’ll find a great group of people.

Why did you get involved in fitness?
Former athlete, I turned to fitness to keep me in shape and health after
graduating college. Health is wealth and it turned into a passion. Motivating and
inspiring others to be the best version of themselves got me involved in
personal training.
What is your favorite thing about personal training?
Inspiring, motivating, and seeing individuals accomplish their fitness goals.

The people.

Nancy Mandeville

Why did you get involved in fitness?
One, I loved health sciences like anatomy, kinesiology, physiology. Two, I was
an athlete, and three, I also loved teaching.
What is your favorite thing about personal training?
I love the opportunity to improve their health and get excited about the
commitment to a healthy lifestyle. I also enjoy seeing their success and the
relationship established.

The staff and the members!

Why did you get involved in fitness?
I’ve been exercising since I was 12 years old and fitness has been a big part of
my life ever since.

The chance to not only help people but build friendships with them.

I love the openness of the space, the variety of the equipment, and the people!

Why did you get involved in fitness?
I love the mental benefits of exercise. I always feel more motivated to be
productive and feel overall happier after getting some movement in!

I love getting to know people on a personal level and better understanding how I
can help them reach their goals.

I love the positive atmosphere! Everyone is so kind and welcoming. Everyone
